Hands Up is the first TV competition show with and for deaf, hard of hearing and hearing people, building a bridge between two worlds that are separate in society.

The competition is a role reversal. The celebrities will need to learn and make themselves understood in a world unfamiliar to them. Fun and light hearted the show still makes a serious point and allows us to learn some basic skills. With a second series commissioned for 2023 this series continues to amplify the small steps we can all take to make society more inclusive.

It takes one small sign to make a big difference in understanding each other’s world.
