Next scour every possible property, it could be a disused office, a bakery or wreck in need of attention. He then shows them what’s possible with the help of 3D modelling. A property is bought and the family get to work with the help of builders but largely through their own efforts. We follow the renovations through self shot diaries until we see the final reveal.
